Mango Dalgona

Mango Dalgona!

Cooking is a great way to engage yourself and it is one way of therapy to deal with this 2020 lockdown. Social media played a big role and helped people to try out new recipes. Dalgona is a coffee drink that was trending in social media during the last months. Trending recipes on social media make people try it out. During February and March this year, Riya was making different versions of Dalgona.

Some recipes are so simple that it does not have to be cooked and with only a few steps you just need to assemble them. One of such is this Mango Dalgona. This post is about my version of it:-)

Dalgona is a common drink for many years in northern part of India. It’s also called beaten coffee. It became so popular and is listed in Wikipedia(here).

Today, I would like to present Dalgona inspired mango drink. Mango Dolgona has a light airy creamed mango that sits on top, the middle layer is milk. The bottom layer I have filled it with only mango pulp, that adds color, plus when it is mixed with milk and slurped it just taste delicious 😋.
