My Kitchen Garden Journey..

It’s come back after some months as I left this blog space for a good amount of break time. My last post was about Garden to table series and I took it seriously this year as well and was spending most of my free time in my garden.
This year too I am overwhelmed of the fresh produce from my organic vegetable garden and I made every other day some cooking with the harvested vegetables. Good tasting food starts with good raw material. The best way is to get veggies from farmer’s market in that way harvest to table time is less. The Veggies retain its full nutrition with freshness, good texture and taste. To get get one step further, I started making/producing raw material for my cooking from my kitchen garden.
This year was not so good in Germany for gardeners due to too much rain. Tomatoes did not make it in many of gardens, but some vegetables did well. In this below vlog, you can checkout my summer garden and harvesting videos.
