Potato Dumplings, Stewed Beetroot and Roasted Chicken

Roast pork, Knedliky( Bread Dumplings), Sauerkraut, Goulash are some of the most popular food varieties from Bohemian cuisine. A few days back, we tried the Potato Dumplings for the first time at home. It was delicious, soft spongy, and can go with any spicy and mild sauces.
