Cauliflower Masala

- Oil – 1Tsp
- Mustard – 1/2 Tsp
- Aniseed – 1/2 Tsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 Tsp
- Turmeric – 1/4 Tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 Tsp
- Curry leaves – 1 strand
- Cauliflower florets – 1 Cup
- Salt for taste
Method:
1. Heat the Kadai and add oil. Add Mustard seeds and let it crackle.
2. Add Aniseed, Cumin powder, curry leaves, and then turmeric. Now add ginger garlic paste and stir for a minute.
3. Add the cauliflower florets and salt stirs it for a couple of minutes.
4. Cover it and cook in low heat for 15 minutes. Now it is ready to be served as a side dish.
