Strawberry & Lemon Mocktail

Ingredients :

1. Lemon – 1
2. sugar – 3 Tsp
3. salt – a pinch
4. Strawberry syrup or sauce – 2 Tsp

Method :

1. Squeeze the lemon to take the juice of it. Filter the juice to remove any seeds.

2. Add sugar and salt and 1 cup of water to lemon juice and mix it well.

3. Add the lemon juice in a glass and finally pour the strawberry syrup. Decorate with a slice of lemon.

4. You can see the nice separation of color and mix of lemon and strawberry in the middle.

Tip:  You can try this with blueberry and cherry syrup too.
