Grilled Fish (Tomato, Basil leaves, Oregano and Peppercorns)

- Salmon fish – 1 whole fish (Skinned and cleaned)
- Tomato paste – 1 tsp Concentrated
- Basil leaves – 1 Tsp dried
- Oregano – 1Tsp
- Peppercorns – 1Tsp Crushed
- Oil – 2 Tsp
- Salt for taste.
Method:
1. Marinate the whole fish with a mix of Tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and crushed peppercorns. Let it be in the fridge for 1 hour.
2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grill the fish for 20 minutes in the medium rack. Brush oil on Fish.
3. When it is done, cut into slices and transfer to a plate. Serve it with lemon.
