Tower of fresh cream and fruit salad + Cards

Dessert is one of the most interesting parts of a meal. That too, when it is tasty and simple to make……..
Ingredients:
- Fresh whipping cream – 200 ml
- Sugar – 4 Tbs
- Vanilla Essence – little
- Strawberry – 5 large,
- Mandarines – 1
Method:
1. Whip the fresh cream with 2 Tbs sugar and vanilla essence. ( do whipping when the fresh cream is cold from the fridge)
2. Coarsely grind the strawberries with 2 Tbs sugar. Peel the mandarins and remove any thin skin and include only the pulp part.
3. Arrange. One layer of strawberries, fresh cream, mandarines, and fresh cream on top…
