Easy Boiled Egg Fry

Ingredients:

  1. Oil – 1 Tsp
  2. Mustard – 1/2 Tsp
  3. Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric – 1/4 Tsp
  5. Corriander – 1/2 Tsp
  6. Curry Leaves – 1 strand
  7. Salt for taste
  8. Egg – 2 nos boiled and slightly slit as in the picture

Method:

1. Add the oil to a hot pan. Add Mustard seeds and let it crackle.

2. Add chili powder, Corriander, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir it for 2 minutes.

3. Pour 2 Tsp of water and it cooks for 2 minutes. Now add the boiled egg.

4. Stir it for 3 more minutes. It can be served as a side dish with Rice.
